Refunds and cancellations

Subscription charges are final and non-refundable after purchase, except where required by applicable law or for a duplicate or incorrect charge.

Glaz does not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.

Cancel any time from Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro remains available through the paid period.

A cancellation does not create a refund for the current billing period.

For a duplicate or incorrect charge, email hello@glazmarket.xyz with the Stripe receipt so we can investigate.

A declined renewal keeps Pro on for 7 days while the card is retried. Nothing extra is charged for the retry window.
